The In-Finite Beings of Nikos Vavatsis.

The human figures of Nikos Vavatsis are self-aware of their vanity and incomplete existence.The portraits come to life and therefore live as a spectacle litteraly effortlessly and pellucidly, whether they are viewed upon as a whole visual phenomenon or as individual close-ups. Just like a miracle taking place in front of the spectators eyes. And this is essentially an evovlving process.

The solo show of Nikos Vavatsis entitled "Being In-Finite" is currently on view at ArtZone 42 Gallery, in Athens, till March 3rd.
